Is that Giannis' highlight reel? Nope, its actually the Bucks vs. Pistons series. Yesterday night, the Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Detroit Pistons 127-104 to clinch the series in four games. This series, picked as the "when can this end so I can watch literally anything else" award, went exactly as expected. Every single game was an absolute Milwaukee blowout. Let's examine those thrashings a bit more closely:

Game 1:

This was the biggest blowout in the series. The Pistons were missing their superstar, Blake Griffin, and had no real chance at winning. It was a complete blowout from the first minute to the forty eighth. The Bucks benched their entire starters the entire fourth quarter and it was still a 35 point loss. Giannis happened to dunk on ex-teammate Thon Maker twice, which was the only entertainment provided in this game.

Game 2:

Playing without Blake Griffin yet again, the Pistons might have well just played their G-League team. The results would have been pretty similar. This time, the Bucks won behind their big three, as Eric Bledsoe, Giannis, and Khris Middleton combined for 75 of Milwaukee's point. On the bright side, Detroit only lost by 21 this time.

Game 3:

The "best game of the series", Detroit actually gave some competition as Blake Griffin was back. Griffin carried the Pistons, and had 27 points despite being half-injured. Unfortunately for them, Griffin couldn't do anything to stop the Greek Freak, and the Pistons lost by 16 points.

Game 4:

I'm sure you all can see how this one is going to go. Surprisingly, the Pistons were competitive for one half, and had the lead at half-time. Then, Giannis happened. In the second half, Detroit scored just 42 points compared to Milwaukee's 71. Giannis also made an MJ-type layup that Andre Drummond could not believe, and Blake Griffin started chanting "refs you suck!"

This series was just a warm-up for the Bucks, who face a much tougher opponent in the Celtics next. If they continue with this team effort, it looks like nobody can stop them.
