Aaaaand we are back. One week of NFL football action has successfully been completed. We had some great games, some blowouts, and some punt-fests. Nonetheless, it was an excellent weekend of football and we are here to recap it for you.
Biggest Blowout: Ravens 59, Dolphins 10
Wow. We all knew the Dolphins would be bad, but this is downright embarrassing. The Ravens came out and just unleashed everything on Miami. Ravens rookie wideout had his first two catches of his career go for touchdowns, one for 47 yards and the other for 83. The Ravens scored time after time after time against the Dolphins, and when it was all said and done, Lamar Jackson had thrown for over 300 yards and 5 touchdowns. Not bad for a running back... Baltimore beat Miami so badly that there were Dolphins players requesting for trades after the game. #Tank4Tua is fully in play.

Biggest Surprise: Titans 43, Browns 13
This was supposed to be the Browns coming out party. They could establish themselves as a contender against a pretty good team, and the hype train could finally get rolling. Instead, they got absolutely destroyed. Baker Mayfield was way off his game after the first drive, and threw three interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown by Malcolm Butler. Cleveland's defense was also repeatedly broke open by Derrick Henry, and the whole game was lost after the first quarter.

Biggest Disappointment: Patriots 33, Steelers 3
Sure, they weren't favored to win, but Pittsburgh looked awful on Sunday Night. The lack of Le'Veon Bell and Antonio Brown really showed for the Steelers, as they could not do anything. Their secondary was getting burnt by Phillip Dorsett, they couldn't get within three yards of Tom Brady, and with JuJu Smith-Schuster getting a direct flight to Gilmore Island, Pittsburgh had no source of offense either. All of their flaws really showed, and if the Steelers want to be a playoff team, they did to fix things up majorly.

Snooze-Fest of the Week: Packers 10, Bears 3
The first game of the 100th season of the NFL was not a particularly interesting one. It was a slugfest between the league's two oldest franchises, and there was no action at all. Mitch Trubisky looks frightfully bad, and still cannot throw to his left. At least their kicker made a field goal! Fun Fact: The first ever NFL game between the Dayton Triangles and Columbus Panhandles was 14-0, meaning that it had a higher combined score than the first game of the 100th season.
Game of the Week: Saints 30, Texans 28
This was a close, back and forth, tightly contested matchup between two playoff teams. The Texans jumped out to a 14-3 lead, and Deshaun Watson had a very nice scrambling touchdown. New Orleans cut the deficit to four on a Brees to Taysom Hill touchdown pass, and then got in the lead on a Tre'Quan Smith touchdown. Houston and New Orleans traded scores, and the scoreboard showed 27-21 with less than a minute to go. The Texans magically scored a touchdown in thirteen seconds on two beautifully thrown balls by Deshaun Watson, and the Saints had 30 seconds to get into field goal range. For whatever reason, Houston decided to go into a Prevent defense, and Brees easily connected to move down to the Houston 44. Will Lutz drilled a 58 yard field goal as time expired for the win.
