Things have definitely changed since early November, and with the group stage of the Champions League coming to a close, things are definitely heated. Here are the club power rankings based off of performances through mid-November and end of November
10. Atletico Madrid (+3)

9. Sevilla (+3)

After a 1-0 win over Real Valladolid, the Spanish edged Barcelona by one point to take the lead in the race to win the La Liga title. They now have 26, with Barcelona one down at 25. They had a streak going for them with 5 out of 7 wins, and 2 losses, ever since their defeat to Barcelona on 10/20, in which they lost 4-2. However, they did unexpectedly lose to Standard Liège in the Europe League, with a score of 1-0. This brings critics to the point on whether they are playing good, or are their La Liga opponents playing poorly? Barcelona recently lost 4-2 to Real Betis, and tied afterwards with Atlético Madrid.
8. Arsenal ( -1)

7. Chelsea (-3)

Maurizio Sarri's blues were no match for Tottenham's versatile offense. Their weak start caused them to lose hope only half-way through the game. Their defense crumbled under David Luiz, and their offense wasn't even visible under Jorginho and his attack. However the Blues shouldn't be presented with any problems when they face Fulham on Sunday, but they are desperately in need of a stroke of luck.
6. Tottenham (+3)

Their performance against Chelsea as major competitors for the EPL title, and it seemed as though they could do no wrong. However it remains to be see whether they can best Liverpool or Manchester City but they were able to finish off their wondrous week with a 1- 0 win over Inter Milan.
5. Liverpool ( - )

4. Dortmund ( - )

3. Barcelona (-1)

Although their tie with Atlético was one of two reasons they lost their lead in the race for La Liga, the match was seemingly going to be a loss. However, they remained resilient and Dembele rose to the occasion to tie the game.
2. Juventus (+1)

The three games they have played since their Champions League loss to Manchester United have all been wins. It can be argued that they don't score much, with most of their wins being 1 or 2 point differences. But this also shows their shut-out capability, and depicts their strong defense. Furthermore, it displays the teams possession tactics. Juventus plays possession, not aggressive, nor defensive, and they always build from the back.

1. Manchester City (+4)

Their performance has been nothing short of a reflection of their standings in the Premier League, as well as the Champions League. Despite a 2-2 tie with Lyon in the Champions League, the team continues to look like the almost undefeated team that it was last year, and at this rate they are set to beat their previous years record. Their football is on point, and it is all thanks to Pep.
